In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund less 50% restocking fee. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We currently offer FREE shipping to the United States. All orders get processed within three days and get shipped using standard shipping methods (3 - 7 business days). If we are experiencing more orders, delivery might be delayed for a few days. Please do allow additional business days in transit of delivery. We will keep you in touch with your order if any significant delays might happen.


Shipping Addresses only ships to AFO/FPO/DPO addresses within the U.S. and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O boxes addresses.


Shipping confirmations & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
